The son of two Navy veterans, Rich grew up in Prince George’s County, MD after spending the first eight years of his life overseas. A two-sport athlete in high school and class valedictorian, he was accepted into the United States Naval Academy as part of the class of 1977. After retirement, Rich applied the same work ethic he learned in the Navy to his real estate craft and quickly became an associate broker in Maryland and an agent in DC and Virginia. He has lived in Anne Arundel County since 1996 with his wife. Despite maintaining a busy schedule and large volume, he prides himself on making sure that all clients receive the individual attention and care they deserve.

Richie was born in Norfolk, VA yet he has spent most of his life in Severna Park, MD. Richie graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a degree in finance. Shortly after graduation, he began work as a recruiter in the financial industry. In 2013 Richie joined his father Rich in his real estate business. Augmenting his father's experience with a fresh perspective and approach has resulted in Click3Times becoming one of the top teams at Taylor Properties. Richie takes particular pleasure in helping his friends and clients buy their first homes, taking them step-by-step through the process to ensure that their purchase experience is a great one. He has lived in the Federal Hill section of Baltimore since 2011 and loves the city.

Jenny grew up in Maryland but has been living in Northern Virginia since graduating from the College of William and Mary in 2005 with a degree in Finance. She had previously been working as a recruiter in the financial industry before joining her father and brother in real estate. Jenny is very detail oriented and as a born extrovert loves working closely with her clients to find them the home they’ll love! She currently lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband and two daughters.
